Are all pieces original?
Yes — each piece is a one-of-a-kind oil pastel artwork, hand-drawn by Ella Thorns. Each work is signed and dated on the back, and fixed to protect the pastel surface.
Do you sell prints?
Not at the moment — all works are original, but limited-edition prints may be available in the future.
Are artworks framed?
Artworks are sold unframed unless otherwise noted. I’m happy to recommend framing styles or suppliers if helpful. Oil pastel pieces should be framed behind glass with a mount to avoid the pastel touching the glass. Keep away from direct sunlight and humidity.
Commissions
How do I commission a piece?
You can get in touch via the Commissions page - share your ideas, colour palettes or references, and I’ll guide you through the process. I love to work with interior moodboards, paint and fabric samples to create a piece that is truly unique for your space.
How long does a commission take?
I am currently booked up until Summer 2026 so there is currently a few months wait. In my email responding to your commission request, I will state the dates I have to start creating the piece and when I plan to post it. If you have a pressing deadline to want a piece sooner, please let me know and I can do my best to accommodate.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes — I can post worldwide. Shipping costs will vary depending on location.
How long will my order take to arrive?
For UK orders, please allow 2–4 business days after dispatch. International shipping times vary.
How is the artwork packaged?
Each piece is fixed with oil pastel fixative and is carefully wrapped in protective glassine and card-backed envelopes, with sustainable packaging wherever possible.
